Monotheism has often been hijacked and unjustly pushed towards the right by self-interested individuals.<br /><br />It's also worth noticing that when Christianity was first gaining a foothold, many of the initial supporters (and indeed, financiers of the movement) were Roman women - often wealthy widows. Women have played an important role throughout the Church's history, even when people have sought to undermine it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
